One of the newest food trucks coming to Wyoming is Goose's Kitchen, a truck being launched by a chef from the Wind River Indian Reservation.
The food truck features Native American cuisine and is one of eight finalists in the Wind River Startup Challenge, a contest in which business owners compete for funding, according to a Wyoming Public Media report.
Owner Leslie Spoonhunter, who will graduate at month's end with a culinary degree, aims to spotlight proteins familiar to her heritage, such as buffalo, elk and venison.
Goose's Kitchen is one of the eight finalists for the Wind River Startup Challenge, a competition between budding businesses to acquire funding. Spoonhunter hopes to have her truck on the road by August.
