Young entrepreneur launches smoothie food truck

After learning about someone who launched a coffee business in a home basement, one Erie, Pennsyvlvania teen decided to take a similar business route.

Now, Matthew Loza, 18, is busy running his Smoothie Sensation food truck, according to an YourErie.com report.

"I'm an athlete," Loza told the news outlet. "I'm a hockey player, [and] I really enjoy health and wanted to bring something to Erie where I can incorporate my passion and really just help the community and help it grow."

Loza brings his truck to farmer's market events in Perry Square.
