Restaurant executives from all over the world gathered in March at the Restaurant Franchising and Innovation Summit in Dallas to not only learn from one another about growing their businesses, but they also helped feed the city's homeless.
Which Wich CEO Jeff Sinelli kicked off the summit with a keynote speech about how to succeed while also giving back, and then led executives in an hour-long spreading party, tasking them with making as many sandwiches as possible as part of Project PB&J, the chain's charitable arm that fights hunger by donating sandwiches. The attendees made 10,201 sandwiches.
