The Restaurant Franchising and Innovation Summit, March 11-13 in Louisville, featured a couple of hundred restaurant executives swapping ideas and learning from one another on how to grow their businesses. Smoke's Poutinerie CEO Ryan Smolkin kicked things off on Day 1 with his keynote inspiring attendees to seek "Global Domination!"
Attendees not only attended sessions led by some of the restaurant industry's most successful executives but also met Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer, made nearly 3,000 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to help Louisville's homeless and toured and dined at the Kentucky Derby Museum.
