Previous owner and university mate came up with the name.

What prompted you to start a food truck?

We love the service industry and the fast-paced environment.

What's on your food truck menu? Why did you choose this cuisine?

Burgers, hot dogs, poutine, fries, wraps and other deep-fried items

Do you make all the food on the truck or do you use home-based kitchen or commissary space?

All food is made in the food truck.

What's the best part of being a food truck operator?

Being able to fill people's bellies and then hear them say the food was amazing.

What's the worst part of operating a food truck?

You have no life 7 months a year(due to how busy it is).

What lessons have you learned since launching the truck?

Be organized.

Is there anything you would have done differently at the start?

More research.
