Three food trucks — Dizzy Cow Pizzeria, The Green Bowl and the Smoking Swine — have teamed to open a brick-and-mortar restaurant and tavern at 3432–34 S. Hanover St. in Baltimore's Brooklyn neighborhood, where O'Flynn's Crab and Cask House used to be, according to a Baltimore Business Journal report. The menu will feature dishes from all of the trucks, as well as some collaborations.
The trucks will use part of the building — which has two kitchens, a walk-in refrigerator and freezer — as a commissary for food preparation until the restaurant opens.
The businesses have received a beer, wine and liquor license to serve alcohol along with food. The license also allows for off-site sales, granting the trucks the right to serve alcohol at catered events.
The owners are planning to open the tavern in the spring or summer. The building has room for 100 seats, as well as an outdoor area. People will also be able to order food to go at a take-out window.
