A 'rooster' of a food truck launching next month in Missouri

Come April, St. Louis, Missouri foodies will have a new food truck option called the Ramblin' Rooster.

The truck is an expansion of another truck run by the Sugarfire Smoke House franchise called Brisket 1, co-owned by Gregg Medeiros, Tom Lombardo, John Brauch and Mark Pitliangas, according to a Sauce Magazine report.

The truck will launch in April serving six different fried chicken sandwiches as well as waffles, wraps and wings.

"Through COVID, we had the Sugarfire food truck (Brisket 1), and it was really a lifesaver for us," Medeiros told the news outlet. "So we've decided to go and get another truck."
