Alabama coffee spot launches a food truck

Those who can't get to the Beignets and Lattes coffee spot in Helena, Alabama now have a second option as the owners have launched a food truck.

The truck has a steady parking spot at Alabaster, off Alabama 19, but is also roaming local neighborhoods, according to a Birmingham Business Journal report.

Coffee shop and truck owner Nathan O'Connor said the food truck is in lieu of opening another physical storefront.
