Alabama county sheriff has food truck ready for Hurricane Florence

The Mobile County Sheriff's Office in Mobile, Alabama, has its food truck ready to help people as the community prepares for Hurricane Florence, according to fox10.com.

Sheriff Sam Cochran noted the food truck first went into action during Hurricane Harvey last year in Houston, feeding more than 14,000 meals to first responders.
