Albuquerque food truck operators launch restaurant

The owners of the Tikka Spice food trucks, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, are now operating a restaurant at the 505 Central Food Hall.

The eatery opening comes just months after owner Basit Gauba added a second food truck to his business, according to a KOB4 report.

The trucks serve Nashville hot chicken with some Pakistani spice as well as some New Mexican influence.

"The local community here, they've shown so much support to us," Gauba told the news outlet.
