Arkansas food truck opens storefront

The Croissanterie Food Truck, in Little Rock, Arkansas now has a physical store location up and running featuring its fresh-made authentic French croissants.

The women-owned food truck in West Little Rock is run by two certified chefs, according to a THV11 report, and is open for breakfast, lunch and occasional Sunday brunch events.

The space will also be used for truck prep and expanding the catering and wholesale business channels.
