Austin food truck launching brick-and-mortar restaurant

Paperboy, a breakfast food truck in Central East Austin, Texas, is opening a brick-and-mortar restaurant this month and will close down truck operations, according to an Austin Eater report.

The restaurant is at 1203 East 11th Street. The food truck operation had been running two trucks, one on South Lamar Boulevard and the other on East 12 Street.

The restaurant, which will be open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., will offer an expanded menu for both breakfast and lunch with plans to also offer cocktails, according to the report.

Paperboy owner Ryan Harms initially launched his food truck business in late 2015.
