BBQ rib mobile food enterprise now boasts brick-and-mortar location

For those foodies loving the Baby Ribs mobile BBQ fare, in Lockport, New York, there is good news.

Owner Eula Collins has opened a brick-and-mortar location, according to a WIVB report.

The restaurant is at 135 Charlotte Street and offers up the menu of Baby Ribs as well as catfish nuggets and lots of sides.

Collins said the restaurant will serve as a hub and her mobile food operation will continue serving barbecue on Locust Street.
