BBQ truck expands brand with restaurant location

The pandemic isn't stalling the growth of one Albuquerque, New Mexico food truck operation.

The Fat T's Texas-style BBQ operation now has a physical restaurant location for its fans, according to a KOB4 report.

Owner and truck operator Tylor Torres met challenges at the start of the pandemic in the spring of 2020 as local events and community sales opportunities shut down pretty quick.

So he decided to launch the restaurant, an effort he told the news outlet was a "very nerve wracking time."
