See See Motorcycles, a Portland, Oregon-based coffeehouse and motorcycle gear seller, is taking its Motor Coffee Co. shop on the road in the form of a rolling coffee kiosk — made possible by the innovative use of a sidecar.
See See has converted a 2014 Ural cT into a mobile coffee stand powered by a 750cc flat twin. The three-wheeled vehicles are popular due to their rugged nature and ability to traverse mud and snow.
The mobile coffee shop features a 112-pound La Marzocco espresso machine and a 26-gallon water tank, as well as a built-in hand sink, a cooler and a 220/110-volt electrical panel, according to a report by Motorcycle Cruiser.
There's even a pop-up See See Coffee umbrella for outdoor café ambiance. See See will be "Brewin’ Coffee, Roastin' Tires!" at various events, and is also available for hire for public and private events, according to the report.
