Birthplace of Route 66 food truck park announces lineup

The food truck options at the Birthplace of Route 66 Food Truck Park, in Springfield, Missouri, will be more than a bit diverse.

The park's food truck lineup, according to a News-Leader report, includes everything from British fare to BBQ, Asian Fusion and Mexican/Thai. The lineup announcement comes just about 10 months since the park effort was announced.

The lineup includes:
•    London Calling, a double-decker bus serving British food.
•    Wheelhouse, all-from-scratch Mexican/Thai cuisine.
•    Davalon, Asian fusion.
•    Not'cho Ordinary Taco.
•    Rolli'n Smoke BBQ.
•    Classic Rock Coffee.
•    Earth's Harvest, plant-based menu.
•    The Olive Branch, Mediterranean.
