Catering venture leads to Texas food truck business

Anthony and Susan Floyd, and partner Xavier Vagas, initially launched a catering business a few years back and the venture evolved into a food truck now serving up BBQ fare in El Paso, Texas.

The Fa Sho BBQ food truck offers up Alabama-style BBQ, according to an El Paso Inc. report, and the menu offers everything from ribs to sausage as well as fish and shrimp items.

"Our food preparation begins at 3:30 a.m., well before we head out to our location of the day," Anthony Floyd told the news outlet.
