Big Stuff Food Truck based in Parker, Colorado won Food Network's The Great Food Truck Race, nabbing a $50,000 prize, according to a report in The Gazette. Big Stuff Food Truck won the contest against four other food trucks, beating Lia's Lumpia in the last episode.
Big Stuff Food Truck featured its "BCB Burger" with chorizo, beef and bison, along with its "Colorado Poutine," consisting of waffle fries topped with green chili, cheese curds and chipotle lime crema.
