Connecticut food truck expands brand

The Kraftwich food truck, in Southington, Connecticut, will soon have a sister brand, a physical eatery called The Lab, in Factory Square. Factory Square is a commercial development of two factory buildings that house retail, food and office space.

Owners Larry Tapley and James Brown launched Kraftwich over a year ago and specialize in gourmet grilled cheese, according to a My Record Journal report.
