Connecticut food truck expands to brick-and-mortar space

The Yoko Loko food truck, which operates on Route 12 in Ledyard, Connecticut, is expanding its brand with a brick-and-mortar eatery in Gales Ferry.

Food truck operator John Filipinas told The Day he is hoping to have the restaurant, which will also be named Yoko Loko, opened by the fall, and is planning to expand the truck's taco and hibachi Filipino menu in the restaurant operation.
