Chefs in need of a kitchen in Milwaukee have a new place to slice and dice.
The Common Cookhouse, located at 924 E. Rawson Avenue in the Oak Creek area, offers food truck chefs all they need, from refrigeration to storage, according to a Milwaukee Journal Sentinel report.
The idea, according to owner Cathy Sederberg came from a family food truck, the Rose Mob Grill, that needed what a ghost kitchen provides.
"There is really a need we can fill to address the needs of food trucks," she told the news outlet.
It's open all day and evenings and those seeking space to use just need to sign up and reserve time.
The location can support over a dozen food makers.
