Cousins Maine Lobster franchisees shutter store but keep trucks rolling

A husband and wife duo running Cousins Maine Lobster food trucks are shutting down a physical franchise restaurant they opened three years ago.

The big reason is a lack of workers, according to a Daily News Journal report. Quinn Betts and her husband Craig launched their Cousins Maine Lobster food trucks in Middle Tennessee in 2016 and a restaurant in the area in 2018.

"Business has been good. There's no shortage of customers. But just no staffing," Qunn Betts told the news outlet.
