Delaware County food truck participating in Great Food Truck Race

A Lansdowne, Delaware County food truck operation is part of the new season of Food Network's Great Food Truck Race, which features seven teams of food truck competitors.

Crystal and Steven Ashby, who run the Crystals' Comfort Food truck, are participating in the show, which premieres March 26, according to a Daily Times report.

The Great Food Truck Race kicks off in Los Angeles, and then stops in San Diego, Santa Barbara, Palm Springs and Las Vegas. The couple's food truck is an expansion of their restaurant, which opened in 2017.
