Denver food truck motors right up to customers doors in wake of COVID-19

April 8, 2020

Typically food truck park in a busy location — a business district or a local playground or park — and wait for the customers to line up.

In Denver it's a very different scenario these days given all the business shutdowns and residents being told to stay home as much as possible to avoid spreading the coronavirus.

Migration Taco, which offers plant-based options including mac and cheese, is now delivering food orders right to customer's homes, according to a Westword report.

"People enjoy being able to get food they love delivered to their homes, especially in these weird times,"food truck owner Tracy Rackauskas told the media outlet.
