Walton Street in downtown Atlanta will open up Global Grub Alley for the FIFA World Cup matches beginning on June 15. The event will feature 20 to 30 food trucks operating on the match day and the day prior, according to a CBS News report.

The alley will be closed to vehicle traffic to allow the food trucks to park and guests to access it on foot. The Food Truck Association of Georgia is working with the city to select vendors.

"The World Cup is one of the largest sporting events the city has ever hosted. We told Atlanta from the beginning that this would be done with the city, not to it," Kelsey Maynor, director of small business engagement for Showcase Atlanta, told the news outlet. "Global Grub Alley puts our small business owners and our food culture on the street, next to the biggest stage in the world. You will not need a ticket to be a part of it. You will just need to be hungry."

Atlanta will host eight World Cup matches from June 15 to July 15.
