Empty building lot transforms into food truck park

What once was a neighborhood blight is now a food truck dining experience in Asheville, North Carolina.

The empty building at 25 Fletcher Commercial Drive is now the Village Food Truck Park, according to a Citizens Times report.

The food truck park also features a commissary kitchen and there's big interest, according to developer Bob Turner.

"It turns out there's a huge demand, and it's unbelievable how word has spread quickly amongst the food truck operators," Turner told the news outlet.
