Fifth graders at Shaw Air Force Base in South Carolina recently designed food trucks as part of a two-week learning project, according to a Houston Chronicle report. The teachers created the project to involve English, math, science and social studies.
At the conclusion of the project, the students, who worked in two-person teams, presented their truck models, logos and commercials to local business owners who judged the students' work.
