Food truck boot camp happening in North Carolina

Entrepreneurs looking at starting a food truck business may want to attend a Food Truck Boot Camp taking place Nov. 7-10 in Cherokee, North Carolina.
The event will offer insight and advice into how to build a food truck business and grow the business, according to a Mountain Express report.
"The people who will be served by this are the dreamers with an idea who need help in learning how to build a food truck business, as well as established people who want to refine and grow their business," Laura Lauffer, project director of EmPowering Mountain Food Systems, told the news outlet. EMFS focuses on expanding opportunities in food and farm businesses.
The event, which has a $50 admission fee, will offer one-on-one coaching and cover topics from financing to media and controlling food waste.
