Food Truck Friday kicks off this weekend in Reno

Reno's largest food truck event, Food Truck Friday, kicks off Friday, May 17 and will boast 20 new trucks offering everything from pizza to vegan burritos and a Hawaiian plate offering.

The eighth annual event, according to a Reno Gazette Journal report, takes place at Idlewild Park and will run every Friday from 4 pm. to 9 p.m. through Sept. 27.

New food truck participants include Asian Street Eats, the Burnt Orange and Thali Reno.
