The Celtic Pig restaurant in Louisville, Kentucky is suffering just like every other restaurant and food truck operator nationwide thanks to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic that has shuttered businesses and mandated residents to stay-at-home to avoid spreading COVID-19.
But thanks to its food truck the restaurant is staying in business, according to a WDRB report. It's also helping the local Catholic community, according to restaurant owner Sam Bracken.
"Our world came crashing down when they closed our restaurant and bar," Bracken told the news outlet, "and we're lucky that we have the food truck to fall back on and still do carryout."
