Food truck nights kick off in Washington park

March 10 marks the return of food truck nights in the Tri-Cities in Washington.

The foodie event initially launched in the summer of 2020 at the height of the pandemic in the U.S. as a way to offer a safe community food event.

The first food truck night for 2021 is March 10 at Flat Top Park in West Richland, according to a KEPR report.

"We're excited about the Flat Top event since this whole COVID has restricted us from certain events, so we're definitely looking forward to this," Tanner Gu, co-owner of the Doggie Style Gourmet truck, told the news outlet.

His truck, along with Fast and Curryous and Rollin Ice Cream, will be serving from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
