Food truck owners partner on physical location

Three food truck operations are joining forces on a brick-and-mortar restaurant in Park Hill, Denver.

The owners of the Yuan Wonton, Pho King Rapidos and Sweets & Sourdough decided to team up as doing so as a sole restaurant proprietor wasn't a viable option in terms of work-life balance, according to a Denver Post report.

"We went into the food truck with the priority of work-life balance," Penelope Wong, co-owner with Rob Jenks on Yuan Wonton, told the news outlet. "I had been there, done that, running that scale of an operation for 20 years at [Glenmoor Country Club], and growing up I never saw my family unless I was at the restaurant with them."

The 2,100-square-foot restaurant is located at at 2878 Fairfax St.
