Food truck park coming to the Melbourne, Australia area

A food truck park featuring Melbourne food trucks will open next weekend, Oct. 26, 27 and 28, at Ascot Lot on Mount Alexander Road in Ascot Vail, Australia, a Melbourne suburb, according to TimeOut.

The space has been transformed from a vacant car lot into a painted space, with a bar, picnic tables, timber stools and brick booths. There will be live music every weekend, plus video projections on the walls.

The food trucks will rotate weekly. The opening weekend will feature Poke Time, Just Like Nonna's, The Art Of Fried Chicken, Two Fat Indians, Nuoc Mama's, Sliders On Tyres and Dip'd Gourmet Donuts.

The park will be open Friday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday, noon to 10 p.m., and Sunday, noon to 9 p.m. The coffee shop will be open seven days a week.
