The Summer's Hub of Pasco food truck park in Pasco, Washington, is now for sale, after less than one year of operation. It is listed for $4.5 million, according to a report by Tri-City Herald.
The land itself is valued at $600,000, and the construction of the property cost more than $2 million. Summer's Hub first opened in October 2025 and had spaces for 26 food trucks, along with an indoor restaurant and dining hall.
Owner Chris Corbin runs a sister site, Summer's Hub of Kennewick, which is currently open for business. No reason was given for the closure of Summer's Hub of Pasco, other than a need to restructure.
