Food truck plaza coming to Santa Rosa County

A food truck plaza will open this upcoming fall in Santa Rosa County in Pensacola, Florida.

The GB Eatery Food Truck Plaza is the brain child of Steve Aitken, who also owns a landscape and lawn service, according to a Pensacola News Journal report.

It will be situated in Midway on Woodlawn Way and U.S. 98, and be home to six trucks as well as a TV viewing area and sitting areas.

The trucks will be permanently stationed at GB Eatery, according to the report.

"We're just wanting to do something small so people can sell their art, and keep things in the community and show that we're good neighbors," Aitken told the news outlet.
