Frios Gourmet Pops truck pops up in Ohio

There is now a Frios Gourmet Pops truck in Dayton, Ohio.

The franchisees are Armando and Augustina DeLeon, according to a Dayton Daily News report.

The couple first tasted the gourmet pops while on a trip in Montgomery, Alabama.

"My very first bite of a Frios solidified my desire to be a part of the brand as a franchise owner," Armando DeLeon told the news outlet. "I can't wait for the Dayton community to try our pops for themselves and to share that magic with them."

"At our core, Frios is a brand rooted in compassion, community and altruism," Patti Rother, president of Frios Gourmet Pops, told the news outlet. "We deliver happiness to guests in the form of delicious, hand poured gourmet pops, but it goes beyond that — we are passionate, driven, we deeply care about our communities, and we have a group of wonderful 'happiness hustlers' who dedicate themselves to giving back to neighbors in need."
