Ghost kitchen building big business in San Antonio

San Antonio, Texas could very well become the "hub" when it comes to building ghost kitchens — a much in demand structure given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Cruising Kitchen, in San Antonio, is very busy these days designing and building both ghost kitchens and custom food trucks for both big and small brands including Walmart, according to a MySanantonio.com report.

The company recently upped production with a $12 million investment and bought a city block for assembly and testing needs which will boost volume by 500%.
