Nearly a dozen Brooklyn, New York ice cream truck operators are defying COVID-19 lockdown rules and serving up cold treats.
While most Mister Softee franchisees have stopped sales in light of the coronavirus pandemic about 10 are not following the crowd, according to a New York Post report that cites AP news.
