Most food trucks specialize when it comes to their menu, but in Idaho there's a food truck focused on offering a wide variety of cuisine.
The Palate Street Bistro, in Pocatello, changes its menu every few weeks to serve up fare from a different part of the world, according to an Idaho State Business Journal report.
Co-owners Ryan Wiscombe and Lindee Pickett went with German specialties to celebrate the October holiday of Oktoberfest and then a few weeks later offers up Mexican fare such as street corn and tacos.
"Different cultures, different countries, they all do something cool with their food. People get to experience flavors they've never experienced," Wiscombe told the news outlet.
There is a set menu as well offering everything from chile shrimp to Cuban items and even truffle fries. This is the second truck for the owners who ran the Thanks a Bunch truck from 2017 to August of this year.
