The Guac Box food truck, in Tippecanoe County, Indiana, is celebrating its second anniversary despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and inherent challenges of running a food operation in the midst of a economic downturn.
Food truck owner Matt Bestich hasn't let the coronavirus stop his business from operating and changed strategy to taking his truck where the customers are, according to a wlfi.com report.
He's been traveling into various neighborhoods to sell to customers stuck at home due to stay-at-home and social distrancing mandates. So far he's ventured into 30 communities throughout the county, according to the report. He's also launched online ordering as well.
