Iowa food truck expanding with physical location

The Coyle's Hibachi Chef food truck is expanding with a permanent restaurant spot at 3847 First Ave. SE in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

The truck, which has been serving up sushi and hibachi items for about a year, has signed a one-year lease in the former spot of Winifred's Restaurant and Bar, according to a report in The Gazette.

The restaurant plans to open this month and the truck will continue serving at its current Center Point Road location.
