Iowa food truck launching brick-and-mortar presence

The O's Grill food truck, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa is working to establish a physical presence and plans to open a brick-and-mortar restaurant in 2022.

The food truck is literally a dream come true for the owners, according to a Facebook post where they shared they first launched a food cart, then a food trailer and are now ready to take the next big business step, according to a 98.1 KHAK report.

The truck, which has served the local area for a decade, offers Mediterranean dishes.
