Iowa food truck operator makes a dream come true

Otmane Benjilany, owner and founder of the O's Grill food truck, has opened a brick-and-mortar location in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

The business venture is a dream come true, he told The Gazette.

He first opened a hot dog cart in 2009 and then his food truck in 2015.

"We were ready to move into brick-and-mortar," Benjilany told the news outlet. "Business is getting busy, so it's starting to get difficult with the truck."
