It's not easy being a food truck operator in one South Carolina city

Food truck operators in Greenville, South Carolina are becoming a rare sight and a main reason may be the regulatory environment.

A local press outlet reports that overbearing rules are putting trucks out of business and that 22 of 32 trucks that were operating last year are no longer operating in the area.

The Greenville News reported rules designed to boost safety in the industry have had a draconian impact on business.
