Kansas Hawaiian food truck pops back up

The Noble House Hawaiian Plate Lunch food trucks are back up and running after having to shutter operations earlier this year due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The truck is now hosting pop-ups at local spots, according to a Wichita By EB report.

The food operation debuted six years ago. The menu includes everything from spam and eggs to a lobster hand roll.
