Kentucky brewing house launches a food truck

The Braxton Brewing Co., in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky is launching a taco food truck this week.

The truck, called Taco Fuerte, will serve from the brewery's Barrel House location from Thursday to Sundays, offering everything from cheesecake tacos to vegetarian fare, according to a Cincinnati.com report.

"The name Taco Fuerte draws inspiration from the Spanish word meaning 'strength' and is a nod to the city where the food truck will be permanently parked, Fort Mitchell," Braxton Brewing said in a press release.
