Kentucky food truck operation rolling again after fire

The Real Hacienda food truck is back on the road in Owensboro, Kentucky after a fire forced the food truck operation off the road in March.

The owner, Armando Ortiz, has a new truck in play as the prior one suffered a complete loss, according to an Owensboro Times report.

"We're good to go," Ortiz told the news outlet. "It really is ready to go."
