Kentucky food truck serves savory seafood

Kentucky diners hungering for seafood, from catfish to lobster, may want to check out the Seafood King food truck and its weekly savory menu.

Parked at 2205 Fort Campbell Blvd, next to The Spa, Seafood King offers Cajun boil, fried lobster and a slew of sides, according to a Kentucky New Era report

The culinary focus, according to owner Christinia Powell Smith and truck operations chief Vance Smith, is unique fare.

"Let's just love on one another and get through this and enjoy ourselves through food and happiness," Vance Smith told the news outlet. "We're going to do our best to make sure everyone has a smile and their taste buds are pleased."
