Knights of Columbus expands food truck fare in California town

Those loving food trucks in Turlock, California now have more options thanks to the local Knights of Columbus organization.

The nonprofit will be adding two more trucks to its site, at the corner of East Avenue and Minerva Street, according to a Turlock Journal report.

There is already one truck operating at the Knights of Columbus lot, and four taco trucks serve on nearby property.
