Those who love Cambodia and Laos food will likely find a San Diego food truck to be a favorite.
The Sticky Rice Spot, which launched in 2018, aims to boost awareness of Southeast Asian cuisine, according to a San Diego Eater report.
The truck initially began as a pop-up food venture but now owner Andrew Singo is focused full time on the business. The truck offers family recipes from its spot at 1619 G Street in the East Village, from noon to 7 p.m. Fans will also find the truck on Saturdays at the Miguelitos Food Court.
The menu boasts banh mi, Laos and Khmer specialties, including Cambodian lemongrass chicken stir-fry.
